Not just Rajni Kantha but almost all top actors and directors had praises for Pawan Kalyan. Earlier, actor Siddharth and film maker Ram Gopal Varma hailed Pawan Kalyan on the release day itself by tweeting.

Making of the movie:

Director Harish Shankar has said that it was not easy making Gabbar Singh.  He said he approached Pawan Kalyan with a script and power star wanted him to work on the remake of Dabang film. Since Harish Shankar was a biggest fan of Pawan Kalyan, he said he directed the movie like a fan would direct.  Harish Shankar has also said the he had learnt many a thing from Pawan Kalyan such as hard work and perseverance.

Talking about the Anthyakshari scene in the movie, Harish Shankar has said that neither he nor Pawan Kalyan target anyone in that scene.  The director has also said that he had lot of respect towards director Raghavendra Rao and only because he liked ‘Rose Rose Roja Puvva,’ song, he included it in the Anthyakshari scene.

Shruti Haasan backs out of Dammu:

After acting in a couple of films and tagging herself as flop heroine, Shruti Haasan backed out of NTR starrer Dammu movie (after working for 10 days) to appear in Gabbar Singh. The actress had rightly foreseen the future or else she would have had another flop in her film career.

All in all, Gabbar Singh will remain as a sensation movie that rocked all film industries and even astonished super star Salman Khan who appeared in lead role of Dabang.  (Phani)
