When a person from opposite sex tries to enter your personal space, never lose your patience. It will only label you as an arrogant person. Also, you don’t have to tell the person that she’s entering the personal space very often. Your body language would be enough to convey the message to her.

You can, however, tell in professional tone to approach someone else instead of you regarding anything. Also, you can cut short your talks with him/her and try to communicate with them only when the situation demands. Even after sending non-verbal communication that you’re uneasy with that person’s behavior, then you can talk to them in a friendly tone that you are being disturbed. If things don’t fall in place, then you should always speak to your boss.   (Phani)
