The River Bay resort and hotel is very conscious and cautious of the health of its guests. The management has established an in-house Reverse Osmosis purification machine to provide its guests with highest quality of purified water.

The resort also has a dedicated artificial ecosystem sewage treatment plant which processes the resort waste before disposing it off in an eco friendly way. The River Bay has a doctor on call and a round the clock security system in the hotel and resort.

The management of the River Bay had received Awards of Excellence from the Government of AP in 2007 and 2008 continuously for maintaining excellence in its service standards and continuing to attract national and international tourists.
