Paritala Sunitha, wife of the slain TDP MLA Paritala Ravi, said today that the YSR Congress party president Mr YS Jaganmohan Reddy was the main accused in the murder case of her husband.
Expressing happiness in a media conference in Ananthapuram over the court judgment that awarded life imprisonment to 8 of the 13 accused in the Paritala murder case, Sunitha said that if the name of Jagan had not been removed from the list of the accused in the case, he would also have got life imprisonment like the others today.
“The then YSR government managed to remove some other names from the list of the accused along with that of Jagan,” said Sunitha.
She further said that she would explore options of approaching the High Court over the involvement of Jagan in the murder of her husband. “I am now inculcating faith in God and I hope Jagan would be punished at least now in the illegal wealth case,” she said.
