TDP supremo Chandrababu Naidu has said that his party (TDP) wasx yet to decide on the presidential candidate. He has made it clear that the party has so far extended supported to none. Chandrababu Naidu made these statements in the wake of news that's in the air regarding TD's support to UPA's presidential candidate Pranab Mukherjee. It may be noted that Pranab Mukherjee reportedly rang up Chandrababu Naidu and sought his support for his candidature. On the other hand, Tamil Nadu chief minister Jayalalitha too telephoned Nara Chandrababu and urged him to support NDA's presidential candidate, P A Sangma. Naidu was apparently in a dilemma as to who to support since not just BJP and TMC, but even TDP seems to be divided on presidential candidate.

Meanwhile, the sources have said that TDP is most likely to support Sangma as Chandrababu Naidu 's TDP has been fighting UPA's policies and therefore supporting UPA's presidential candidate would be nothing but endorsing the ideas of UPA.

Babu spoke to the media at Vishakapatnam airport. When media questioned about the allegations levelled against Chandrababu by a fraudster Kola Krishnamohan, Babu said the allegations were baseless.
