The Man of the down trodden masses Gaddar voiced his opinion that only education will fill the gap for the backward castes (BC) and give them equality. Speaking at a function in Ramachandrapuram of Medak district, he said as the nature was free for all, even equality must prevail in all sectors without disparities. He ascertained that it was only possible through education that yields better human beings who would be able to walk towards empowerment by bringing in reforms. The noted Ballard spoke on the issue at the 'BC Gharjana' organized by the BC welfare Association under the auspices of the district President of the organization Rama Goud.
He also said that great people like Jyothirao Phule and Ambedkar also emphasised that only education will take the BCs towards administration and thus they would be able to give better reforms for the community in general. The so-called upper castes were just one third of the population and their dominance could be avoided by education to the down trodden. He said the whole protest is for the betterment of the community and questioned that with a populace of 65 percent, the BCs are yet to get a BC Chief Minister.
Later speaking on the occasion BJP leader Bandaru Dattatreya said that the present CM was against the BC welfare. He also demanded Rs 10 Cr for the benefit of the society welfare schemes, which was due. (With inputs from internet-AW AarKay)
