The government must declare a power emergency in the state and must urge the center to divert the unused power quota to the state. Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) leader today slammed the ruling Congress government over the recent arrest of its leaders who were protesting over the erratic power outages in the state. He said that the Chief Minister did not have time to call the leaders for a power review meet. He also said that the  malls and the shopping complexes were wasting power. The government must put a curb on such wasteful usages. Such saved units must be diverted to the farmers.

KTR also said that, CM was busy trying to save the tainted ministers and on the other hand was keen on getting the leaders arrested who were fighting for the people. It may be noted that the TRS leaders were protesting outside the Transco headquarters in the state capital.
