Polling starts in Seemandhra

The eight phase of elections started today morning at 7 AM across seven states. Seemandhra region will go for polling for 25 Lok Sabha seats and 175 Assembly seats. As many as 335 candidates are in the fray for the Lok Sabha

While the other most prominent competition is between BJP, Congress and AAP at Amethi. Rahul Gandhi, Smriti Irani and Kumar Vishwas are battling hard for the Amethi Lok Sabha which the Congress party did lose since 1977.

In Bihar, elections are being held for seven seats. Lok Janshakti Party chief Ram Vilas Paswan, Rashtriya Janata Dal chief Lalu Prasad Yadav and his wife Rabri Devi are in the fray.

With this eight phase, almost 90 percent of the elections gets completed.
