Sharpening armor for Assembly sessions

The assembly is scheduled to start its 9days' second budget sessions on 10th June.  The local bodies' scrutiny of the budget will be completed by 24th May of this month and their report will be submitted to the Speaker of the Assembly on 28th May.

In the budget sessions, the observations will be discussed in the Assembly and the bill will be passed as per the scheduled program of the Government.  Along with the budget for the current financial year, some more bills are in the proposal to be introduced in the Assembly.

But in the wake of allegations on corrupt Cabinet Ministers, continuing Telangana issue and some more burning points, the Assembly may witness some noisy scenes for staging of which the opposition parties are gearing up with the issues to attack the ruling party.

The Legislative Council will have a 10 days session so that the budget passed by the Assembly has to be introduced in the Council on the last day of the 9days Assembly sessions.

Budget sessions passed in uproar with noisy scenes in the Parliament and the bill at last was passed when the opposition parties staged a walkout from the Parliament.  The same scenes are expected in the Assembly too.

Knowing it fully well, the Government is also seems to be engaged in its preparations by asking for the resignations of two of the Ministers.
