Case Booked Against TTD Chairman

Tirupati Police have registered a case against TTD Chairman Shri. Chadalawada Krishnamurthy and 30 more people. It is alleged that the TTD Chairman with his close aide Jayaramaiah trespassed into a private house and created nuisance.

The complaint was lodged by one VSR Prasad, Assistant General Manager, Human Resource Development. In the complaint he stated that Krishna Murthy and his people forcibly opened the gates of a factory and rushed into the quarters of employees on August 13th this year and even threatened workers and officers of serious consequences.

In fact even Police were prompted to take legal opinion before registering the First Information Report (FIR) and file case under sections 448, 505 and 34 against the politically strong TTD Chairman and his team.

Krishnamurthy was appointed as TTD Chairman on May 2nd 2015 for a year and subsequently his term was extended for second year too by the AP Government. If the charges are proved his post is at stake.
