Fresh Auction For Sadavarthi Lands Says High Court:- The controversial Sadavarthi Lands case has been widely discussed across the political circles as it has been showcased as the clash between the leading TDP and YSRCP. The recent update on the High Court’s decision on Sadavarthi Lands seems to have brought the case to the square one. The fresh verdict on this issue has been revealed by the Hyderabad High Court today and it ordered a fresh auction on the 83-acres land near to the new capital of Andhra Pradesh. This came as a huge shock for YSRCP MLA Alla Ramakrishna Reddy who is expected to take the charge on the land after the court ordered him to pay Rs 27.44 crores.

The MLA paid the amount asked by the court and he is expected to take the possession of the lands. All India Brahmins Association filed a fresh petition asking for fresh auctions. After this the court ordered for fresh auctions that will be conducted soon and asked all the national dailies to issue the news and details about the notification. The Hyderabad High Court even asked MLA Alla Ramakrishna Reddy to participate in the fresh auction if he wishes.

The High Court even revealed that the process of auction should start in six weeks from now. This comes as a shock for TDP government along with YSRCP MLA Alla Ramakrishna Reddy. The 83.11 acres of land is said to have been given for Rs 22 crores for TDP Leaders alleged YSRCP leaders after which Chandra Babu revealed that he would give to them for the highest quoted price. Alla Ramakrishna Reddy who was the man behind the allegations paid Rs 27.44 crores after he filed a petition in the High Court.
