KCR to Address in Assembly on New Municipal Law:- Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao (KCR) took things prestigiously about the new Municipal Law. KCR is expected to address in both the houses of Assembly about the new Municipal Law himself. He has done an in-depth analysis on the new law. As part of municipal reforms, Telangana Government felt that they would a new strong law and the Ministry of Justice approved this law recently. The law will be printed on Tuesday and will be sent to Assembly during the sessions on July 18th and 19th.
తెలంగాణ నూతన మున్సిపల్ చట్టం ఆమోదం కోసం అసెంబ్లీ ప్రత్యేక సమావేశాలను జులై 18, 19 తేదిల్లో నిర్వహించాలని ముఖ్యమంత్రి శ్రీ కె. చంద్రశేఖర్ రావు నిర్ణయించారు. ఈ మేరకు 18న అసెంబ్లీ, 19న మండలి సమావేశం కానున్నది.

జులై 18న బిల్లు పత్రాలను శాసన సభ్యులకు అందచేసి దానిమీద చర్చించడానికి ఒక రోజు సమయం ఇచ్చి జులై 19న చర్చించి చట్టంగా ఆమోదం పొందుతుంది.

మున్సిపల్ చట్టం అమలులోకి వచ్చిన తర్వాత ఆగస్టు మొదటి వారంలో మున్సిపల్ ఎన్నికలను నిర్వహించనున్నట్టు ముఖ్యమంత్రి తెలిపారు. కాగా మున్సిపల్ బిల్లుకు తుదిరూపుం ఇవ్వడానికి ఇప్పటికే న్యాయశాఖకు పంపినట్లు సీఎం తెలిపారు.

KCR himself will introduce this law in Assembly on 18th and a debate will be conducted on this. KCR himself will answer all the questions about the law and on the same day at 2 PM, the law will be introduced in the Legislative Council. KCR held a day-long meeting with all the officials on Sunday and a couple of other meetings will be held on Monday, Tuesday about the new law. KCR took things prestigiously and will get an approval for this law in the house.
