Vikram Lander Located in Tilted Position:- Chandrayaan 2's Vikram Lander missed the target before 2.1 kms on the moon. It is called as a hard landing on the moon's surface and ISRO now confirmed that Vikram Lander is not broken and is located in a tilted position. An ISRO official confirmed that Vikram Lander has been spotted as a single piece and is not broken. It is clear that Vikram Lander hit the surface of the moon while landing. ISRO said that they are making all their efforts to see if the communication can be re-established back with the lander.

A team of ISRO scientists are working at Isro Telemetry, Tracking and Command Network. These reports are revealed by PTI but some other media houses said that there is no official confirmation from ISRO. Earlier to this, ISRO Chairman K Sivan said the mission was 95% successful. Sivan told Times of India that the orbiter was alive and it is equipped with eight key payloads that will help in 3D mapping of moon. With this, it is easy to locate the minerals and water ice on moon.
