USA Files Lawsuit Against China About Coronavirus:- USA state of Missouri is the first state to sue China for handling coronavirus in a wrong manner. The state alleged China that the information was suppressed, denied the contagious nature of the virus and arrested whistleblowers. The state said that lakhs of people lost their lives because of China's way of handling coronavirus. The lawsuit was filed in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri by Eric Schmitt, the Missouri Attorney General. The lawsuit was filed against the ruling Chinese communist party, Chinese officials and institutions along with the Chinese government.

During the critical and initial weeks of the outbreak of coronavirus, the Chinese government deceived the public said the lawsuit. "The coronavirus has done irreparable damage to all the countries across the globe. The impact of coronavirus in Missouri is quite high and several people lost their lives. Several businesses are shut and people are struggling to earn food for their living. The Chinese government lied to the entire world" said Eric Schmitt. Though the Chinese health officials have several pieces of evidence, they did not report about coronavirus to the World Health Organization (WHO). They even had the evidence of human to human transmission of coronavirus during last December. The Chinese government continued New Year celebrations despite knowing the risk.
