Petrol And Diesel Prices Hiked For The 16th Consecutive Day In India:- The prices of petrol and diesel in India are increasing and they are hiked for the 16th consecutive day in the country. While the price price of petrol is increased by 33 paisa, the price of diesel got hiked by 58 paisa per lite in New Delhi. The price of petrol now costs Rs 79.56 per litre in New Delhi and Rs 86.36 per litre is the price in Mumbai. The price of diesel costs Rs 78.85 in Delhi and it costs Rs 77.24 in Mumbai.

The price of petrol and diesel prices have kept increasing from the past two weeks and now the auto fuel prices may rise or stop as the oil companies now priced the products close to international benchmar rates. The oil marketing companies have been adjusting the retail prices on regular basis after a break for 82 days from the revision rate because of the coronavirus pandemic. The prices of petrol and diesel started the revising the prices from June 7th. After the government hiked the excise duty on petrol and diesel, the freeze in the rated was imposed from the mid of March.
