92,596 new Coronavirus cases reported in India:- The new coronavirus cases in India are coming down slowly in the country from the past couple of weeks. A total number of 92,596 new coronavirus cases are reported in India in the last 24 hours taking the total tally to 2,90,89,069. The number of new discharges in India stands at 1,62,664 taking the total number of discharges to 2,75,04,126. As per the reports coming from the Union Health Ministry, 2219 people passed away in India and the total number of deaths in India now reached 3,53,528. There are 12,31,415 active cases for coronavirus in India. The total number of vaccinations taken in India are said to be 23,90,58,360. The recovery rate of the country increased to 94.55 percent.

The states and union territories want the Indian government to procure more vaccinations to speed up the drive. There are 4.23 percent of the active cases out of the total reported in India. As per the reports from the Indian Council of Medical Research, the sample tests conducted in the country yesterday are said to be 19,85,967 and the total samples tested for coronavirus are said to be 37,01,93,563. With the decline in the new cases, the states across the country are imposing relaxations and decided to head with night curfews. Telangana government extended the lockdown for ten more days and lifted the relaxations duing the day. The recoveries continue to dominate the new number of cases for the 27th consecutive day in the country.
