The Monsoon, which is late by five days is expected to hit Southern coast of Kerala in the next 24 hours. The India Meterological Department [IMD] reported that conditions are absolutely in favourable for the Monsoon to enter the Kerala. However, monsoon is likely to be below norman this year.
