Union Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting Prakash Javadekar was declared as Rajya Sabha MP from Madhya Pradesh state on Thursday. Among the Union ministers who took oath on May 26th, Javadekar was the only politician who neither represented Lok Sabha nor Rajya Sabha. JD[U]]s Sharad Yadav too got elected for the Upper House from Bihar.
