The Central Bureau of Investigation has filed case in connection with the Leave and Travel Concession [LTC] scam. Three sitting Rajya Sabha MPs and three formed MPs were charged under sections 420 and 13[1]D. CBI also will conduct raids at the residences of the MPs.
