Prime Minister Narendra Modi has congratulated ISRO scientists for the successful launch of PSLV C-23. Modi has asked the ISRO to enlarge the satellite based navigation system and also to develop a SAARC satellite which could benefit the nation. PSLV was launched this morning was carrying five satellites and ISRO made a profit of Rs 47 crores with this launch. This is the first space mission of the Modi-led National Democratic Alliance [NDA] government.
