Uttarakhand has been alerted by the officials after endless rains in many parts of the state for the last 48 hours. The state government has made special arrangements in Badrinath, Kedarnath and Gangotri regions in case of emergency. Last year's flash floods are still haunting the hill state and this year too heavy rainfall is expected. The state disaster management centre has deployed teams in vital areas wherever necessary.
