Indian ace tennis player Sania Mirza has entered US Open finals in the mixed doubles category with 7-5, 4-6, 10-7 win over Yung-Jan Chan and Ross Hutchins. Sania has teamed with Brazilian Bruno Soares for the first time and the duo will fight with unseeded pair of Abigail Spears from the USA and Santiago Gonzalez from Mexico in the finals.

It will be Sania’s fifth mixed doubles final appearance at the Grand Slam level, having won Australian Open [2009, 2012] twice with Mahesh Bhupathi. This year too Sania reached the Australian Open finals but ended on the losing side.
