Noted journalist Rajdeep Sardesai joined India Today who bid a good bye to Network 18 after working for nine long years. This update was confirmed by the journalist himself through his official Twitter account.

“Delighted to be joining TV Today network, India's largest news network, as consulting editor. Looking forward to working with a great team. Will be doing a prime time show with Headlines Today soon. And a bit of Hindi on Aaj tak! So, it's back to the box soon,” wrote Rajdeep.

Rajdeep has won several national and international awards for journalism, including the Padma Shri in 2008.
