Telangana Congress party has complained to Assembly speaker Madhusudana Chary regarding Khammam district Ellandu MLA Kanayya who recently joined the ruling TRS party. Congress floor leader Jana Reddy lead other leaders, met Telangana Assembly speaker and appealed him to disqualify Kanayya for shifting the party.

Earlier Congress party complained to Council speaker Swamy Goud as few MLCs joined TRS party and helped the government to win the Council chairman post. Overall, T-Congress is doing all the attempts to fight against who are quitting the party and defaming it.
