At last Murali Vijay scored a century in the second Test against Australia in Gabba, Brisbane. Indian captain MS Dhoni won the toss and elected to bat first. Yet again, the visitors gave a poor start as Shikhar Dhawan was dismissed for 24. Then came Cheteshwara Pujara who either did not impress. But the umpire decision made Pujara to walk back crease.
Virat Kohli was out cheaply for 19, but Vijay continue his class batting and scored runs all around the ground. Rahane stood in the crease with Vijay is batting good. India crossed 200 runs mark in 60th over and taking on the first Test man of the match, Nathan Lyon.
