India's Lokesh Rahul scored his first international century in the fourth Test against Australia in Sydney. Rahul was criticised for his performance in first Test which ended in single figures playing below standard shorts. But he recovered and played a complete batsmen role in this Test. Rahul took 253 balls and six hours long to get the three figure mark.
Coming to the scorecard, Rahul and Rohit Sharma gave a good start on the third day. Rohit scored a half century but was dismissed by Nathan Lyon while looking for sweep short. Then came Virat Kohli who is in superb form throughout the series. He too completed his half century and remained unbeaten with Lokesh Rahul at Tea time. India's score was 234 runs for the loss of two wickets.
