Kejriwal, Bedi file nominations

Aam Aadmi Party Arvind Kejriwal and Bharatiya Janata Party's Delhi CM candidate Kiran Bedi filed their respective nominations for the Assembly polls, slated on February 7th. The former IPS officer will be contesting from the Krishna Nagar constituency and Kejriwal retains New Delhi constituency. On the way to her nomination, Kiran Bedi paid tributes to Lala Lajpat Rai at his memorial in Krishna Nagar constituency. However, AAP slammed Bedi for putting BJP scarf around the freedom fighter statue.

On the other hand, Arvind Kejriwal is still continuing his fight against Kiran Bedi in Twitter. “Kiran ji saying she wud debate after elections in assembly. She refuses to debate before elections saying she believes in delivery. Does it mean delivery before elections, debate after elections? We want debate before and delivery later,” wrote Kejriwal.
