A 56 year old Brit is no longer allowed to talk to a stranger woman he doesn't know according to a strange judgment passed by the court. He was presented in the court after a woman in her late 20's complained that he passed lewd comments and scared her that he was a rapist who just came back from prison.

David Delahunty the offender would be sent to five years of prison if ever he says hello to any women he is not already acquainted with. He pleaded guilty of the sexual assault that was alleged against him.

In his acceptance of the crime he said that he walked to a woman and kissed her on the cheek before he called himself a bonny lass. He also falsely claimed to be a rapist who was just freed from jail.

The ban imposed would be in place for 10 years except in case of a dire emergency. He also has to serve nine-month suspended jail term and 120 hours of community work apart from being on the sex offenders list.

Big price for his prank which “disgusted and frightened” the lady.
