Suresh, a die hard fan of Congress, chopped his finger in front of Lord Venkateshwara and dropped it in Hundi.
Generally, we are aware of the fans of the top film stars, who go to extremes, to prove their admiration, towards their heroes. But Suresh’s act went beyond that term called ‘Extremes’.
The range of viral, ‘National Herald’ case went in the country, is well known. At a point of time, several felt that, Congress president Sonia Gandhi and vice president Rahul Gandhi, were completely cornered and would not be out.
Even the oppositions tried to corner Sonia and Rahul, to their best. Especially, when the case came to the hearing in Patiala house court in New Delhi, several Congress party leaders and followers, reached up to the court and surrounded it, in large numbers.
But to the shock of many, both Sonia Gandhi and Rahul were acquitted from National Herald case, that too, just within few minutes after entering into the court.
Coming back to Suresh, the 35 year old person, being an ardent follower of Congress, he promised Lord Venkateshwara, that he would sacrifice his thumb finger, if Sonia and Rahul were acquitted from the case. As his wish got fulfilled, he went to Tirumala, chopped his finger, placed it in a thousand rupees currency note and dropped it in the Hundi.
Suresh, later got admitted in a hospital and undergone treatment saying he suffered an injury while repairing a car. In that way, Suresh has proved his admiration towards the Congress party.
Suresh is a granite businessman and he is a native of Ramanagar which is 60 km away from Bengaluru. After the issue came to light, Karnataka Minister Ambareesh invited the youth to his house and asked him not to take such extreme measures in future.
