Boil 500 ml of water and add two tablespoons of carom seeds to it. Also, add 5 tulsi leaves along with a spoon of turmeric and enough mint leaves. Boil this combination for 12 minutes. Take it off the stove and inhale the steam for ten minutes. Do this 4-5 times in a day.
Take 250-300 ml of water and add a spoon of turmeric and salt. Boil this for five minutes. Gargle it once it is high. This will keep your immunity high. You can gargle this 4-5 times in a day and it will reduce congestion and keeps your throat smooth.
Practice the Pranayamas for 5-10 minutes 2-3 times in a day. They can be done with an empty stomach or three hours after your meal. Anuloma viloma, Bhramari, Bhastrika and Kapalbhati Pranayam are the famous Pranayamas.
