Antarctic sanctuary proceeding experiences failure

The delegates at multi-nation talks explained that definite purpose to create two immense ocean sanctuaries in Antarctica to safeguard the uncorrupted wilderness fall short of success on Friday. It's been  for a third time accompanying Russia and China blocking the bids.

Further know that the proposals for two huge Marine Protected Areas were on the table at the Commission for the Conservation of Antarctic Marine Living Resources (CCAMLR) meeting in Hobart. The meeting which brought together 24 countries and the European Union. On the contrary the 10-day talks concluded in failure with the nations unable to agree to a US-New Zealand proposal for a protected zone in the Ross Sea and another by Australia, France and the European Union for a sanctuary off East Antarctica.

Additionally, Joshua Reichert, executive vice president of US-based Pew Charitable Trusts, which had a delegate inside the talks explained that the international community came together in Hobart to safeguard the key parts of the Antarctic Ocean which happens to be one of the last uncorrupted environments in the world - yet Russia preferred to stand in the way.
