Elon Musk's Neuralink Gets FDA Approval:- It's time for Elon Musk to test his ‘brain chip’ on humans. Neuralink mainly focused on brain implant technology. The company was co-founded by Elon Musk and got approval from Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to conduct its first-in-human clinical study. It has faced many challenges to get its approval and finally, they got their approval.
Neuralink has not shared any detail with Media about the study, stating that they are yet to begin the process and more details will be released in coming days. Neuralink study going to help many patients, they are literally going to communicate by controlling the neural signals through technology. Early in March 2023 FDA rejected their request to implant a chip in the human brain. Concerns were raised about placing a lithium battery and wires moving within the brain. They were also concerned about extraction, where there are chances for brain tissue damage.
