Conference on National Security

To mark the occasion of completion of 125 years, The Intelligence Bureau is conducted a three days’ conference at Delhi on National Security.  

The Union Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde is going to inaugurate the conference today.  Prime Minister Manmohan Singh will attend the program on 23rd.  

In the conference that will be attended by all higher officials of the country in the police department.  The debate in the conference will be on the problems faced by the country by the terrorists’ activities from Lashkar e Taiba, Indian Mujahideen and Naxals and other security related issues which are to be addressed by the Government taking into consideration the difficulties faced by the people in the terrorism prone areas.  

The meeting will be conducted at New Delhi on 21, 22 and 23.  Intelligence Bureau is the oldest agency in the world.  It was reestablished as Central Intelligence Bureau in 1947 under the union Home Ministry.
