Vada Pav vendor turns crorepati

He was a small time tea seller who just earns Rs 150 a day. Because of his poverty, his wife along with two children left him but still he is continuing to earn the same amount. He waited for the right time and all of a sudden, he got to know that now he is has property worth Rs 7 crores. This fairy tale is of 42-year-old Prem Tejumal Gurudasani from Ambernath.

One of Gurudasani's customer told him that his grandfather has left him and his siblings to plots Kalyan one at Wadeghar and other at Ashalegaon measuring about 7.5 acres worth Rs 30 crores, 2 acres worth Rs 5 crores respectively.

This land was allotted by the Central Government to Gurudasani's grandfather Radhomal Minhomal Chichariya after he was displaced from Pakistan post-Partition and settled in Ulhasnagar. As Radhomal died in 1984, the local mafia stepped in and encroached it by providing dummy evidence as Radhomal's widow.  As Gurudasani got to know about this, he filed RTI application. With the information of RTI, he filed FIR against the culprits. The police have cracked down the case and arrested one accused.

If everything falls in its place, Gurudasani will get a share of Rs 7 crores while major share would go to Gurudasani's sister who did brought up all the siblings.
