Avinash Reddy Bail Update:- YSRCP MP Avinash Reddy's bail cancellation petition in Vivekananda Reddy's murder case has been adjourned after three weeks in the Supreme Court.

Late YS Vivekananda Reddy's daughter Sunitha has requested the Supreme Court to postpone the case as her counsel member Lawyer Siddharth Luthra is not available in Delhi. The court has accepted the request of Sunitha and adjourned the case.

Siddharth Luthra is in Vijayawada accommodated to N Chandrababu Naidu’s case and that is the reason he is unavailable today in Delhi to appear for arguments against YS Avinash Reddy's anticipatory bail petition cancellation. Earlier this month CBI also requested the affidavit seeking the bail cancellation of Avinash Reddy.

Besides this, last week, the Telangana High Court rejected the bail plea of YS Bhaskar Reddy and Gajjala Uday Kumar Reddy, who are A7 and A6 in the Viveka murder case.

Siddharth Luthra is staying in Vijayawada and following up Chandrababu Naidu’s case, who was arrested in skill development scam case . He applied for house custody of Naidu by considering his health and age condition. Luthra also said that there is a life threat of Naidu in jail. ACB court has already accommodated Z Plus category security to Babu in jail and also asked to provide some basic amenities like separate rooms, home food and medication.
