Tamil Nadu chief minister Jayalalithaa wrote to Prime Minister Narendra Modi regarding the secure Digital Addressable System [DAS] license for the state run TV Cable Corporation. Jayalalithaa blamed the UPA government for not responding to this plea and was pending at the government for the past three years.
