Congress Rajya Sabha MP Renuka Choudary has raised the top of blocking of channels TV9 and ABN AndhraJyothy in the Upper House today. Renuka has criticised the TRS government for ignoring Supreme Court orders and Union government instructions in this issue. TRS MP K Keshav Rao has objected Renuka's statements. For a moment KK and Renuka exchanged few words which rose the heat in Rajya Sabha.

KK has said that the issue is a matter of a state however, Rajya Sabha deputy speaker Kurien has intervened and questioned  how can blocking of channels be a state issue. Renuka has demanded the Telangana government to immediately restore the telecast of TV9 and ABN.
