Pakistan Army has been violating the rules from the past few months which resulted in the loss of the lives of several soldiers of India and Pakistan too. Now in another ceasefire violation, Pak troops attacked Jammu and Kashmir’s Rajouri district with Mortar bombs drawing sharp retaliation from the Indian Army. This is the third time the Pak Army violated the rules in the past three days. The attack started at 7:15 AM today with 82 mm and 120 mm mortars in Nowshera sector.
The news has been revealed by Jammu Lt Col Manish Mehta who is the PRO of the Ministry of Defence. The Indian Army has been retaliating strongly across the troops of Pakistan informed Manish Mehta. The news also informed that a BSF Jawan has been injured. On May 10th and 11th, Pakistani troops resorted to mortar shelling and firing of automatic weapons on civilian areas across the border. Two Pakistani soldiers have been injured in the recent attacks. The Indian Army is currently evacuating the civilians residing near the border.
