Nirav Modi's Bail Plea Rejected Again:- Billionaire businessman and jeweler Nirav Modi flew from the country after a huge scam last year. The Enforcement Directorate and Central Bureau of Investigation have been trying their best to extradite Nirav Modi back to the country. Nirav Modi has been spotted in London and making no time waste, a team of ED, CBI officials flew to UK and filed a petition about his extradition in Westminster Court. The court left him in shock after the bail plea of Nirav Modi has been rejected.
Nirav Modi filed his second application for bail which came for hearing on Friday. His bail plea has been rejected for the second time after hearing the Indian government's argument. The government argued that Nirav Modi is in plans to kill one of the witnesses and to destroy the evidence. The court believed that Nirav Modi committed substantial fraud and wished not to grant bail.
The next hearing will take place on April 26th and Nirav Modi is in plans to fly from UK and buy citizenship in Vanuatu for 200,000 USD.
