The Supreme Court of India granted bail to Tehelka founder Tarun Tejpal as his mother passed away this morning. The interim bail is valid for three weeks so that Tarun could take part in the last rites of mother's funeral. Tarun has been in jail since December 2013 as a junior woman colleague accused him of rape during the ThinkFest.
