The Election Commission of India gave clean chit to Prime Minister Narendra Modi who used All India Radio for the election campaign. Congress has accused and reported Modi's 'Mann Ki Baat' speech is a violation of model code of conduct of misusing state machinery.

In reply to the Congress complaint, EC has ordered a brief probe and after thorough scrutinization, the poll panel gave clean chit to Modi. In a way to reach out the maximum people, Prime Minister Modi used radio for the election campaign in Maharashtra and Haryana.
