When you have decided to exercise and loose all that extra weight and stay fit, most of us will definitely choose either gym or aerobics to stay fit… let’s have a look on some of the basic etiquettes we have to follow at these places;
Just concentrate on burning your extra calories and not on talking over phone and doing a workout. This is a very bad option as unknowingly you end up talking loud over phone that will for sure cause disturbance to others and in this process you will not concentrate on your exercise. It is better not to carry your mobile to your work out place. If the call is so un avoidable, then take a break for a while, go out, complete speaking on the call and then resume to your work out.
Don’t stick on doing abs or walking on a treadmill for more than a fixed time… it is not just you, even others would be waiting to opt that machine and continue their work outs. Moreover, concentrating on single mode of exercise will cause boredom for you. So, keep a fixed time for each mode of exercise and stick to it.
Just because it is not your work place and work out area, it does not mean that you go whenever you want to. Discipline and being on time is a key for a success, so is for the success of yours to lose weight so maintain the same.
If you are indulged in the mode of exercise like aerobics or dance, maintain and stick on to the place that you are allotted and enjoy these exercise and do it. This will not only keep you stay fit but also be happy and healthy.
