Starting on Valentine’s day, Micromax would have a newer phone in their basket of high end smartphones. This phablet model of hybrid smartphone, named A116 Canvas HD would also be the first in the range from Micromax to have a quad-core processor. Though it is a quad-core phone, don’t expect the prices to be beyond the 25k mark like the other quad-core mobiles.
In fact, Micromax Canvas HD is available for almost half the conventional price in the market, Rs 13,990. However, don’t compare it with Samsung Galaxy SIII and its superior engineering. Still the phone is a great deal when you are comparing it with Samsung Galaxy Grand which retails for around Rs 21,000.
