Vhoto App for iPhone users allows them to extract pictures from the videos and then offers Instagram-style filtering, editing, and sharing, reports. The Application is available for free in Apple's App Store.
A user should tap a particular part of the screen while capturing videos so that the tool knows where to focus and it can pick better and better photos from your iPhone videos each time a user uses it.
This app also adjusts characteristics like blur, contrast, faces, smiles from the video and captures the best picture.
