WhatsApp gets New Animation for Voice Messages:- WhatsApp Messenger is updated on iOS platform and it came with new features like an animation for voice messages and the receipts for them are disabled. The updated version is 2.21.40 and the updated version is now available on App Store. WhatsApp also added a disappearing messages feature for iOS. Though version 2.21.30 arrived last month, the App Store was not updated. The latest version 2.21.40 brings small tweaks to WhatsApp. A new progress bar is introduced for voice messages. This feature is available for the iOS 13 users and beyond.

The read receipt system for the voice messages is disrupted slightly. If the read receipts are disabled, there would be no notification for the voice message sent. The read receipts can be disabled from the Settings > Account > Privacy. WhatsApp is yet to make this feature available on Android platform. It is unclear if the feature will be introduced on Android platform or if the feature would be removed from iOS too soon. WhatsApp introduced disappearing messages feature and the messages would get erased after seven days.
