Right from his Dollar Dreams to Happy Days, there's not even a single film, which had gone unnoticed especially in cities. In fact, his second film Anand was initially released just with four prints in three cities—Hyderabad, Vishakapatnam and Warangal. And the movie managed to grab good position among all time hits of Telugu film industry. With such an awesome track record, with whichever subject Shekar Kammula comes up with, people will undoubtedly receive it warmly. Thanks to the set of class audience, who proved that movies can still be successful even if it don't contain mass elements to impress masses.

The release of Shekar Kammula's upcoming movie Life Is Beautiful is round the corner. The movie would hit theatres on September 14.  It has got U certificate by CBFC. Hopes are high from LIB movie and Shekar Kammula has apparently yet another time targetted class audience only and he is confident that this movie would become a blockbuster. The music scored by Mickey J Meyer got good response.
