Unhealthy Summer Habits That Should Be Avoided:- Summers are turning hotter every year and one has to take special care during the season. One has to take care of their health, food habits, clothing and others to beat the heat. Here are some of the unhealthy summer habits that should be completely avoided:
Most of them sip some cool beverages on a hot day. The alcoholic or the non-alcoholic beverages should be consumed in a limit and they should not cross the limit. Most of the beverages are loaded with sugar and they should not go beyond a certain limit.
Prefer to apply sunscreen or moisturizer as it would be quite humid and hot. Apply a layer of cream on your face to stay away from tan. The skin should stay hydrated. One should prevent sun damage, sunburns, acne, cancer and other complications related to the skin. Donot expose yourself for the sun and cover yourself well. Excessive sun exposure can put your skin at a risk. Wear some breathable fabrics during summer.
The days will be longer and nights would be shorter during the summer. Take 6-8 hours of uninterrupted sleep so that your body stays active in summer. Reduce your exercise in summers as there would be lot of sweat coming from you. One should maintain minimum exercise to stay healthy and fit.
