The death toll has increased to 35 in the hudhud cyclone that hit North Andhra Pradesh on Sunday. Among the three districts in North Andhra, Vizag reported maximum deaths with 25 while 8 people were killed in Vizainagaram and 2 people in Srikakulam district. The aid work is going at good pace and help from every corner of the state is pouring down at AP CM's relief fund.
Meanwhile, Chandrababu Naidu is visiting all the major affected areas and assuring people that government will back them in every possible way. AP CM said the property loss is expected to be Rs 70,000 crores and would need at least Rs 1 lakh crore for everything to restore in its place.
