Fried Onion Rings would be the best choice as Snacks:- Fried Onion Rings which are roasted in golden colour can be a perfect evening snack and can be taken with burgers or with tea. Here is the process of preparing Fried Onion Rings:
- onions
- oil for deep frying
- One cup sifted plain flour
- one and half tablespoon baking soda
- one and three-fourth spoon salt
- one egg yolk
- two-third cup milk
- one table spoon salad oil
Process:
The onion skin has to be peeled completely to one-fourth inch thick and they should be in equal sizes. Separate the rings and cover them with cold water for 30 minutes. Drain the rings and leave them till they become completely dry. Mix all the above mentioned ingredients except and oil and onion. Deep fry them into the batter. Dip each ring separately in the batter and leave them till they turn deep fry. The ring can be taken out after it turns brown and crispy. The process takes one hour to complete and it is an easy task.
