Try The New Fusion Recipe: Chicken Tikka Masala:- An American Chef Eitan Bernath came up with an American fusion recipe with a Chinese dish with added Indian flavours for General Tso’s Chicken Tikka Masala. The recipe is a clever combination of originated international flavours.
Eitan shared the recipe through his social media by writing, “General Tso’s Chicken Tikka Masala popped into my head in the shower the other day and I immediately had to make it happen. Combining these two beloved Indian and American-Chinese chicken dishes into one went just about as AMAZINGLY as you’d expect. What two dishes should I try to combine next?!
The recipes I used are from my cookbook Eitan Eats The World, available anywhere books are sold!”
